Report an absent child

If your child will be absent from school, please let us know by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the absence. You can do this by one of the following ways:

1. Call 01202 424 554, choose Option 2, follow the instructions and leave a message.

2. Complete the absence form below

3. E- mail the school office office@stourfieldjuniors.com  

If your child remains unwell then you must keep us updated and report the absence every day. 

If you know in advance that your child needs to be absent (e.g. for a medical or dental appointment) then please do let us know by contacting the school in advance with evidence of the appointment.
